| Furious wins Winston 500 |

Daytona, Florida (AP) - Flashback to 1988, and
Danny "Furious One" Hamilton is still winning races as he holds on in the
final laps of the Winston Cup 500 to pull of a victory in the first race of
the season. It was a race that saw many leaders but F1 proved to be the
strongest contender Tuesday Night leading 42 of 60 laps. |
| Coasting into Victory Lane |

Talladega, Alabama (AP) - The Wascar Cup Series
had a thrilling race at Talladega Superspeedway. Four year Cup veteran
Anthony Crane gets his first ever Cup Series win in his 70th try in Wascar's
Cup Series. Crane who's last win was at the spring Martinsville race in the
Truck Series back in 2004. Crane had just enough fuel to cross the finish
line in a nail biter of a finish. |
| New Hampshire Return |

Loudon, New Hampshire (AP) - Wascar's Busch
Series had a return of one of the most notable Wascar driver of 2004.
Brandon "Harry the Hat" Smith made a surprise return on Tuesday. It was his
first time in competition since late last year picking up where he left off,
winning, and leading 70 of 90 laps leaving New Hampshire in a cloud of
smoke. |
| Allen Gets First |

Joliet, Illinois (AP) -
Wascar's
Busch Series driver Allenlm gets his first ever
Wascar
victory at Chicagoland Speedway. After running 19 races, Allenlm found
himself in prime position to win in the late stages of the race after Pole
winner Anthony Crane and Michael Halliday found trouble early. Allen proved
strong leading the 35 laps out of the 81 ran, and held off Kirk Bosma on the
last few laps. |
| Michigan's Sprint to Win |

Brooklyn, Michigan (AP) - In the final mile of
the Dodge 300 at Michigan Int'l Speedway, Ritch Garcia was able to make a
pass in turn 3 to take the checkered flag. A timely caution brought the
field together and Garcia pitted before the four lap shootout where he
passed Dox and Crane in the final two miles. Crane, who lead 37 laps
declined comment after the race. |
| Wild Finish at Michigan |

Brooklyn, Michigan (AP) - Darryl "Dewski"
Griffith survives a wild lap near the end of the O'Reilly 200 at Michigan
International Speedway to take the checkered flag. A lap that saw three lead
changes and a caution flag with two laps to go, left third place driver
Dewski in the lead and victorious after the first and second place cars were
spun out. Allenlm and Stonewall finished out the top three. |
| Checker Edges out a Win |

Lebanon, Tennessee (AP) - Greg "Checker"
Checovetes slips past Seaminer with less than 10 laps to go getting the
victory at Nashville Superspeedway. Kirk "Seaminer" Bosma led the most laps
(90) which gave him the points to remain in a deadlock tie for first in the
summer standings for the second straight week. "Stonewall" Jackson proves
again he can race the concrete finishing in third place followed by Anthony
Crane the last lead lap car. |
| Seaminer wins at Richmond |

Richmond, Virginia (AP) - Wascar's Busch Series
visited Richmond and the racing was intense, maybe too intense as the
caution flew 12 times and saw 8 different leaders. As the race wound down,
it was all about track position and Kirk "Seaminer" Bosma was close enough
to the front to run down Paradox and run side by side with two laps to go.
Kirk eventually made the pass and held on to win at Richmond Int'l Raceway.

| Checker Tames Darlington |

Darlington, South Carolina (AP) - Greg
"Checker" Checovetes tames the track too tough to tame and takes the
checkered flag at Darlington Raceway. Darryl "Dewski" Griffith was able to
stay clear of trouble and win the Spring Mini Season Championship edging
Kirk Bosma who got caught up in an accident. Next week is the start of the
Summer Mini Season at Richmond International Raceway. |
| Paradox wins at Phoenix |

Phoenix, Arizona (AP) - Paradox comes through
and wins at the end of the Auto Club 300 at Phoenix International Raceway.
Dox lead the final 28 laps of the 94 lap race and held off second place
finisher Kirk Bosma in the closing laps. Crane who won the pole and lead 51
laps ran into trouble when his car wasn't handling well in traffic and he
spun with 10 to go and finished fourth. |
| Dusting Off |

Bristol, Tennessee (AP) - One of Wascar's
veteran drivers, Shane "Razer" Kennedy, makes a return to the Busch Series
and dusts off his wheel only to end up in victory lane for the O'Reilly 300
at Bristol Motor Speedway. Quietly working his way up, Razer was in position
to win and took the lead with a few laps to go. The win came as a surprise
to Shane, he hasn't raced in months. |

Nashville, Tennessee (AP) - Wascar's Busch
Series Driver, Gary "Stonewall" Jackson takes the checkered flag at
Nashville Superspeedway. What look to be a run away show for Darryl "Dewski"
Griffith, changed when a late caution (blown engine) came out and Stonewall
got a second chance and ran away with it leading the important laps. |

Nashville, Tennessee (AP) - Wascar's Truck
Series Driver, Ritch Garcia leads 46 of 132 laps and and holds off strong
runs by Jackson, Dox and Dewski in the final laps of the Country Time 200.
Most of the top five in points found Nashville to hurt more than help them
chase down Points Leader Stonewall Jackson in the point standings. The Truck
Stars move on to race at Hillside next week. |
| Campbell wins at Atlanta |

Atlanta, Georgia (AP) - Wascar's Busch Series
Driver, Randy Campbell leading the most laps (58) in the 98 lap shootout in
the Powerade 300 at Atlanta Motorspeedway. Ritch Garcia ran second for most
of the race leading for 15 laps but ran out of time to make a move for the
win. Kirk "Seaminer" Bosma continues his point lead over Sweet T by 37
points. |
| Eidson makes Debut |

Atlanta, Georgia (AP) - Wascar's Trucks Series
Rookie, Trey Eidson makes a big debut taking the Checkered Flag at Atlanta
Motorspeedway holding off Greg "Checker" Checovetes in the final laps. Marty
Katahdin lead the most laps (21) but finishes 11th of 17 drivers.
"Stonewall" Jackson holds onto his points lead while the race for second
gets tighter. |
| Paradox Crosses the Border |

Mexico City, Mexico (AP) - Wascar Busch Driver Gary "Paradox"
Daelemans is one of Wascar's best road racers and proving it by leading
all 21 laps and gathering the pole at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in
Mexico City. The race contained a few spins and collisions but the race ran
smooth with Brendan Kaczmarek finishing second followed by Anthony Crane
rounding out the top three. |

Fontana, California (AP) - Wascar Cup Driver
Kirk "Seaminer" Bosma takes the checkered flag at California Speedway in the
Nextel Cup's first race of the season. Seaminer nominated the night leading
92 of 100 laps. Marty Katahdin finishes second and Jason Hooper rounds out
the top three while ITDH finds trouble at Fontana. |

FONTANA, California (AP) – Wascar's Busch driver Kirk "Seaminer" Bosma won his second straight race
Tuesday night at California Speedway. Kirk looked strong all race and
with wins at Daytona and California, Seaminer has wins on both the east
and west coast and will be looking to strike again next week down below the
border in Mexico. |
